1. Determine the fault with the set.
2. Supply the customer with a quotation for repair. (This will normally be by telephone in order to expedite the repair).
3. If the quotation is excepted then order any parts required to arrive as soon as possible.
4. Carry out the repair with all possible speed.
5. Soak test the receiver to try to eliminate faults that are not obvious until the set has warmed up.
6. Contact our customer and request that the set be collected.
